Protocols for Medical Spa Safe Reopening

  • Only booked appointment will be seen by medical staffs.
  • Consultation for other services can be schedule through virtual consultation.
  • NO walk ins please.
  • Please wear a MASK to your appointment. If you don’t have one, we have mask for sale at $5 each.
  • Patients will be call/text/email prescreening questions to protect the health of other patients/staffs.
  • Day of appointment SCREENING:
    • Please call or text us when you arrive and wait for instruction to check in.
    • Patient will have temperature taken once you arrive at facility.
    • Covid 19 screening questionnaires and consent are to be completed & signed after temp screening.
    • If temp is greater than 100F or screen questionnaires are inappropriate your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • In order to limit the number of people in our office at one time please have friends/family wait offsite. 
  • Hands will be sanitized once in office.
  • Appointments will be spread out so check out area will be limited to one patient at a time to allow for social distancing.  
  • Please redeem your vouchers from Aspire Rewards and Brilliant Distinctions before your appointment to facilitate check out process.
  • Exam rooms are clean & sanitized after every patient.
  • Common areas are to be sanitized throughout the day including high touch areas such as door knobs, faucets, light switches, non-personal pens, iPads and counter tops with germicidal wipes.
  • UV light will be use to sterilized all rooms throughout the day.
  • When administering medical treatment, our clinical staff will be wearing surgical/N95 mask, gloves and protective shields/goggles to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • Online booking is recommended.
  • Online purchase of skin care products/Latisse is available for pick up or curbside delivery.
